I have had this chair for six months now. My son uses it every day and he absolutely loves it! We have had a couple of minor Issues with it and their customer service has always been great at getting us replacement parts.

The chair is great and so is the customer service i had got a chair and within a coupe of months the right armrest had feel off but i contacted the support on the seller page of the chair and there response was quick helpful and kind. They put in for a replacement and with in a 2 to 5 business days i had received a replacement
