Beyond what I expected!

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve even had! I’m an avid gamer I was using a regular old office chair but my back and butt were paying the price after about a hour. This chair completely changed that it’s so comfortable and feels like it actually holds my weight like it should (6’1 330pounds) definitely worth the money

Simple assembly, high comfort, excellent support.

This whole thing is just wonderous from top to bottom, it all just works the way it should and is dang comfy. Our package came missing a few bolts but support was able to respond quick to get me a refund so I could grab the at the hardware store. Wonderful lads.

Amazing chair BESIDES ON KEY FACTOR.

The chair is amazing it's very easy to assemble except when setting up the reclining part of the chair. the comfort is amazing and makes it even better with the cool gel pad it comes with, the sturdiness is great when it comes to the bases of the chair but the only part that could be a concern are the wheels. I haven't owned the chair for 4 months and already one of the wheels broke off and won't stay connected in there and it's only one wheel that's happened to so far, but I still had my old chair so I took a wheel from it the meanwhile until the newly ordered wheels come in. I still do think the chair is great for big and tall and that the wheel issue could have been a one-time thing and just now contacted support to see if they will send replacement wheels.

Went from 3/5 out of 5 stars to 4/5 since they contacted me a month ago even waited a month for me to reply and compensated 21 dollars for the wheels.
