Blue Whale Mesh Chair 2 Simple

Searched for weeks and decided to settle for this chair. It was set to arrive may 8th but arrived may 4th. So it came super early!! The parts are heavy due to it being for us bigger peeps. To set it up took about 30 min, not sure as i wasn't paying attention to the time/ but felt roughly like 30 minutes. Easy installation though. Very easy. Good thing they had a video to reference too. It was instant relief to my ass. I work from home and had been using one of those cross legged chairs for the wide seat. But can sit in it for so long and was causing my legs to swell. So i am hoping this will work for me and offer great support. But i love it so far!

I recently purchased the Blue Whale mid-back mesh office chair. I am very pleased with this chair. There are some great things about this chair that I should mention.
First of all it shipped quickly and once I received it, I only had to follow the instructions, they were very intuitive and easy to understand. You can assemble this chair in less than 30 minutes, maybe even 15 minutes.
The seat on this chair is wide and thick, it's the widest and thickest of any heavy duty chair I've ever bought and it seems to be quite solid. The shape of the seat cushion is very unique, I bought this chair because my previous chair was giving me excruciating lower back pain, so this W shaped cushion relieves my lower back and tailbone pain as well as enhances posture and support and provides comfort for 8 hour work days.
With 4-way versatile adjustable arms and legs with silver metal plating, this chair gives my studio a classy look.
This chair far exceeded my expectations. Buy this chair.

Chair took a little while to put together. Descent pic instructions. Was not altogether clear which bolts went where, but did not have to move many. All bolts have thread-lock on them, cheaper chairs do not and the bolts work their way back out. This chair is less expensive, but does not seem "cheap".

Chairs is comfortable and seems durable. The arms seem a little rickety, but not sure that will matter.

Will update review if my opinion changes, but seems like a good purchase!

This chair is very comfortable and works well. I have had it for a week or two and my low back pain has gone away that my other chair was causing. Took a little bit to put together but not hard. There was a slight delay with shipping but Blue Whale was awesome to work with and I did not need the chair right away anyway. The slight delay was just a few days and Blue Whale on top of it. So it was not a big deal.

I am....not small. It sucks, I'm working on it, but it is a long road ahead, and in the meantime I still need to have a seat in my home office for work. I had previously ordered a different chair that alleged to have a much heavier weight capacity than needed, and it was immediately apparent that was very much not the case, as various parts kept constantly breaking due to strain. It finally broke beyond repair, so I decided to try this one.

And boy was that the right choice.

As soon as I opened the box it was obvious that this chair was, pun intended, heavy duty. The parts are all very sturdy - no flimsy plastic wheels or legs here, they're nice, solidly constructed metal. The seat is extra wide, and the cushion is super thick and very supportive yet still soft and comfortable. The thickness of it actually makes it sit a bit higher than a normal office chair, which I really prefer. I've only had it about a week, but there's no sign of the piston sagging so far, which is usually a problem that quickly develops in other chairs.

It was also quite easy to put together. I didn't have the problems other people talk about in their reviews with the screws not being labeled. Everything was clearly labeled and organized, and it only took about a half hour to put together. Also, the included Allen wrench has a corkscrew-style handle which was very nice and I'll be holding onto that for future use.

Most importantly, it's actually really comfortable to sit in! Probably the nicest office chair to sit in that I've ever used, outside of the super fancy executive ones in our office's boardroom. And as a surprise bonus, my back has even been hurting less since I've started using this.

This was a great purchase and I am very satisfied. It even arrived a lot earlier than the shipping estimate said to boot.
