There is a 30 DAY replacement/ refund guarantee on all products. In order to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, it must be properly packed.
In case you need to return or exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive a replacement or refund once we confirm your purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for us to process returns after they are received. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Step 1: Apply
Within 14 days of receiving the item, if the item does not fit you or is not exactly as described on our website, you can request a RETURN or EXCHANGE by emailing support@bosmiller.shop. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide photos. Include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, along with a detailed explanation and photographs.
Step 2: Check
After your request has been approved, our customer service will give you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). The item should be returned as soon as possible to the return address with the tracking number provided.
Step 3: Return
We will inspect all returned items. When we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned, we will reship the right one or refund you.
If you encounter any problem not stated above, please send an e-mail containing an explanation and photographs stating the issue within 14 days of receiving the package.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of placing it. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 3 working days.
It is possible to cancel an order if the consumer cancels it before the delivery time and within the specified time period.

If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via support@bosmiller.shop as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
We will dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 3 working days, you will receive a full refund.
The items we ship you are eligible for a refund or exchange if they are defective, damaged or misplaced. In the event your item was damaged in shipping, you should include "Proof of Damage" documentation in your return package from your delivery company, which should be included with your return.
Upon receiving your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a refund receipt via email at the address you provided when you made your original purchase.
Without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the returned item non-refundable.
