This was very easy to put together, I did it alone, directions very easy to follow, it took me about 30 min, just remember not to screw the arms in completely (like I did) because if you do, you will have to go back and unscrew them slightly to attach the back of the chair. I was shocking pleased by the legs because they are metal, not plastic as some chairs this size are. Cushions are thick, and sturdy, which means it will take some time to break in. The back of the chairs head rest is a little bulky because at my height 5’9” it makes my head protrude forward a little, hopefully with time after that cushion is broken in, that will not be an issue. The back of the chair hits me right at the top of my head, I do prefer a chair with the high back like this one, and not one that would be more level with neck and upper shoulders. This chair can easily accommodate someone who is well over 6 feet tall because with the chair lifted to its full height, my feet do not touch the floor, only my toes do so I keep the height a little lower comfort wise. I won’t be using the heat element because the chair must be plugged into an outlet, and honestly I think it should have been eliminated all together or should have been thought out better by having an external charger for the remote that way you would only have to connect the remote to the chair once it was charged, and not have to use the plug requiring an outlet to use the heating element. I have not tried the heat setting, not interested in it. There are 3 storage pockets at the base of the back of the chair for the remote and plug or whatever you chose to put back there with caution because they don’t have a lot of give stretch wise and would likely pop at the seams if over stuffed. I chose the all black, which looks really nice. Overall it was definitely more than worth the $150.00 (there was a $50 off coupon when I ordered) which made it $150.00. I think the arms of the chair could have been elongated by at least 2 inches though, that way if you have long arms, like I do, your hands are not hanging off the front of arms of the chair; that has the potential to be uncomfortable and awkward for someone much taller than me, with even longer arms. If you are considering purchasing this chair, I would recommend purchasing it because the pros do outweigh the cons. It came very well packaged, which is a plus, so nothing was damaged during shipping, not even the box.
