There was an issue with a screw hole. Seller contacted me about the issue and sent a replacement chair within a week. I’m about 5 ft 10 inches tall, 230 lbs. The chair was firm and felt strong with the metal wheel base. I like the wheels which rolled smooth and quiet over my hard floor. The chair only reach to top of my shoulder when sitting, so I can’t rest my head when leaning back. The lumbar support was good. At lowest height setting, my feet’s were flat on the ground with knees at 90 degrees bend. Overall, the chair is very stable, firm. and comfortable. Appreciated the excellent customer service.

The installation steps are recorded in detail in the instructions. As long as you follow the instructions step by step, the installation will be completed quickly. The lumbar support of this office chair is very soft, and it is very comfortable to lean on the back. The hardness of the material is also very moderate, so you won't feel tired after sitting for a long time. The quality is also very good. Even if two people sit on it at the same time, the chair will not make any noise at all. Finally, the backrest is designed not to press against the head, and the length of the backrest is just right, making it very comfortable for your neck to lean on. All in all, it was a good buying experience.

I am very pleased with the size and quality of this chair. Love the flip up arms to be able to slide under a desk. The seat cushion feels great definitely a nice upgrade from my previous chair. I'm a big guy 5"10 350lbs+ and I fit in comfortably with no issues. Definitely one of the most comfy seats in the house. My wife refers to it as the Cadillac of office chairs.

The leather is extremely comfortable, very good ,great back support. I absolutely love this chair now that I received it. I had an issue with FedEx where they didn't actually deliver the package. I reached out to Blue Whale the makers of this amazing chair and they sent me a chair after hearing about my problem.
