2nd Update: The company sent an entire new chair, and this one was properly aligned, so I updated the review to 4 stars.Update - Contacted company and they said they would send replacement pieces; will update again if/when this happens.Its comfortable and fairly easy to put together - no different than really any other chair. When you pull forward, you definitely feel like you're going to tip; might just take some getting used to.Biggest annoyance is it doesn't rock. Sure you can recline, or sit straight up, but you have to choose one and then you are locked. Would be nice if you could rock a bit for those of us who need to bounce a bit to think.I could deal with all of that, but after putting it together, I don't even like looking at it. The headrest piece - Where the holes were drilled for it on the back, they didn't align them directly in the middle, as a result, when you look at it, its not symmetrical. The headrest is off centre, and you can't even put it down all the way because the cushion on the unaligned side blocks it.

This is an excellent chair, and steal at this price. Assembly was easy. I weigh 215lbs and feel very well supported in this chair. It rolls quietly. I love how the lumbar support and reclining back are fully adjustable. You can lean as far back or forward as you want and lock it into any position.

Look - I am the definition of Big AND Tall. So when I saw this chair at this price my first reaction was "That's too good to be true". But I took the leap.

Does require assembly. Instructions are good except for the final step of putting the arms on, theyu left out an important part on how to secure the arms with the bolts and washers, so be careful and think it thru when you get to that step.

Chair fits a tall frame well. And nice and Sturdy to boot. Seat is comfortable. Arm rests are nice. I have back issues, so I've added cushions to cervical and lumbar to further increase comfort, but even without those, my back was already much happier than with my previous office chair.

Only downside is the caster seem a bit cheap when I roll around in the chair. It;s a nit pick, but noticeable that they don't always move freely.
