Just as advertised! Comfortable, soft fabric. Easy to assemble, No tools required. Only 4 bolts with wing nuts for the feet, slide on the arms, slide on back, connect the wires and TA-DA: recliner. Not too big but not too small either. I'm 5'11 and it suits me nicely. Massage feature is fun. Heat is GREAT! Very happy with this purchase. It arrived in 3 boxes and very well packed.

This chair is very comfortable to sit on or lay on because the cushions are very soft and thick. The fabrics feels good and not cheap at all. I really like how big it is. It almost feels like a sofa because there is plenty of space for both me and my big cat to share. The massage functions have been working great. There are even cup holders in front of both arms. It was also very easy to assemble. We put it in our family room and have used it quite often. I think it worth the price!
